[Data story]: Unclear behaviour on "Edit" function on existing Data stories from other users - #267

Subject of the issue

It's not clear why it's possible to edit an existing story made from another user

Your environment

Chrome

Steps to reproduce

Login on the private dataportal
Navigate to "Storie" from the left menu
Select a story, on the top right click on the "edit" icon.
Save the edited story.

Expected behaviour

A new story should be created or it should be disabled the "edit" function from a story of another user?

Actual behaviour

The new datastory is not created and at the same time no changes are made to the original one.
