Right now, the unwrapping code setup is scattered due to the slow addition of isce3, then tophu, then snaphu py.

We should add something like the UnwrapProtocol in tophu so that the #215
We need to cut out the other isce3.snaphu and tophu.snaphu options in favor of snaphu py (closed by Move all SNAPHU unwrapping to call snaphu-py #225 )
We should somehow make a Pre and PostProcess setup classes so we can run through various tests of
preprocess phase / coherence -> core unwrapping -> post process and clean up
