Add ASCII representations of Cert, CSR, CRL

Add something that shows the extensions. For example the output of openssl x509 that shows the extensions in the whole cert fields and similarly for the csr. Or the figures in txt format you had in the preso https://icmconference.org/wp-content/uploads/G24a-Brown.pdf just to show intuitively how new cert and csr look like. That info could go in the appendix as example of the hybrid cert, CRL and csr.
