Multiple Public-Key Algorithm Certificates IETF Draft
Do all work in draft-truskovsky-lamps-pq-hybrid-x509-working.xml, we'll copy it to draft-truskovsky-lamps-pq-hybrid-x509-NN.xml and create draft-truskovsky-lamps-pq-hybrid-x509-NN.txt when we submit a new version of the draft.
Do not edit txt files directly, generate them from xml using xml2rfc. e.g. xml2rfc draft-truskovsky-lamps-pq-hybrid-x509-working.xml.xml -b draft-truskovsky-lamps-pq-hybrid-x509-working.xml --text
