Describe the bug
Please, disregard this bug if I'm misunderstanding this function of the Start animation for the "Tile Animation" action.

When setting up an offset for the tile animation to start, the time doesn't have any effect on the action. The animation will start from its first frame, regardless of how many milliseconds the offset has been set as.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Tile with a video for it to display.
  2. Create a Trigger for the tile. Restrictions, control, and activation don't matter.
  3. Add a "Tile Animation" action for the same tile, with the "Start" type of animation. The "For" field can be for any of its options.
  4. Input an offset. In the example video below, the offset was 3000ms, 1500ms, and 0ms.
  5. Update everything and apply. When the tile is triggered, the video will start from the first frame regardless of offset.

Expected behavior
The video animation for the tile should start from the point established as an offset in the settings, instead of from the first frame.
