Add option to output in native characters #107

Add a flag that sets the generator to output native characters for languages which don't normally use English characters.

This will require adding new character sets for at least the following languages:

Chinese (see https://github.com/wainshine/Chinese-Names-Corpus/tree/master/Chinese_Names_Corpus)
Japanese
Thai (already has Thai characters, needs English characters)
Korean
Russian (already has Russian characters, needs English characters)
Ukrainian (already has Cyrillic characters, needs English characters)
Mongolian (prefer Mongolian, not Cyrillic)
Hindu
Greek
Arabic
Estonian
Serbian
Nepalese
