@obo20 mentioned in https://www.notion.so/pl-strflt/IPFS-Implementers-Sync-2022-06-23-294c365aea094ce7bd26b9390e089fd4 that pinning-services-api-spec might have some limitations that could prevent scalability of their service (Pinata).

Matt, can we chat about those issues here and bring in other providers to discuss so we can improve the spec to match our users' needs?
