The app for Ledger Nano S must be installed with ledgerctl now
Very basic documentation is in the release https://github.com/iotaledger/ledger-app-iota/releases/tag/untagged-a706a550379839d8db15, but it doesn't mention the extra approvals one need to do to allow ledgerctl and so on, making it hard for the average person to know what they have to do
Also potential problems like no space left should be mentioned, as the error message form ledgerctl in this case isn't so clear
