Issue description

The decimals shown in the the Token Info in Foundry are not aligned with the field "decimals" in the metadata. see https://explorer.iota.org/iota2-testnet/foundry/0x08b7e05e9ca0e32d0bc50a20309eca62dda1f101bfda8d299730869c8cd0847ea00200000000?tab=Features

Expected behaviour

show correct number of decimals

Actual behaviour

shows 3 and not 4 decimals
