  1. Download and run IOTA Light Wallet
  2. Choose Light node and enter http://localhost:14265 as custom node
  3. Enter seed SEED99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999

Balance is 0.

What am I doing wrong?

You may need to attach the first address to the Tangle. Go to RECEIVE > ATTACH TO TANGLE

Have updated the README.
