UI Extension not visible with Rancher 2.8.2

Description

Due to a constraint in the index.yaml i can't install the UI Extension in 2.8.2.

I did a fork of the Repository and updated the index.yaml manually. Afterwards the UI Extension is working.

I'm not sure were those restraints come from. It seems like the file is generated but i couldn't find those version constraints in the main branch.

Expected behavior

The UI Extension should be visible

Docker Machine Driver Ionos Cloud version:

How to Reproduce

1. Fresh Install of Rancher 2.8.2 without the ionos docker machine driver
2. install the machine driver according the installation from the rancher-cluster notes

Hello, the problem seems to have been from the versions of the rancher packages we used in the extension, we have upgraded them and released a new version, 0.1.3. Please let us know if there are any other issues.
