A breaking change in a minor release is not standard, please consider a using major release with breaking changes.

This makes it far easier for devs to identify breaking changes when common conventions are used.

Many projects use acceptable ranges that allow for minor updates in order to stay security complaint. This introduces a breaking change without them actually upgrading the package manually
