To Stop naming collisions on autogenerated templates, we end up with names like
p_in_2_fc_i_stimulation_with_repressor_fc_p_in_2_fc_i_stimulator in the RDF, this is clearly too long.
Perhaphs during the SBOL extension or a seperate extension completely could cut these names.
