Import Wizard hungs

The import process is running for a while but never finishes.

I looked more into the issue, it seems the import wizard creates an empty json file {}. I am not sure if this is a bug or something is wrong with the csv file. Appreciate the help.

Hi - I had a hard time replicating this. Would you be open to sharing the file? Id be happy to take a quick look.
