I'm actually not sure if Elastic provides an Elasticsearch 2 image here: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/docker.html, so maybe to fix this we will have to upgrade to Elasticsearch 5.

We could in fact do the same as #44 and create this image based on centos ourselves.
