Expected Behavior

We should be able to harvest OAI-sets from Datacite. See https://oai.datacite.org/ for more info.

Current Behavior

Not implemented.

Context

This is needed to harvest some work done in the context of EU grants and that is put on Zenodo (which mints Datacite DOIs). CC @annetteholtkamp.

Is any core content coming in that way?

If not, this can be scoped to post-legacy switch-off

It's very low priority, we should focus on major publishers (and crossref) first for hepcrawl, that are currently still harvested through the DESY workflow.
