Use the JATS parser for Hindawi #190

Expected Behavior

We should use the JATS parser introduced in #180 also for Hindawi, as they give us the fulltext in JATS format, including nice structured references.

Current Behavior

On legacy, references are not extracted properly, not sure about Hepcrawl.
