I was testing the app from here insightsengineering/teal.modules.clinical#518 (note I was using feature branch for tmc)

Steps to reproduce:

open a module with filter panel
add some random filter (this is not necessary but it would help to showoff the bug)
go to reporter previewer (it has filter panel hidden)
show filter panel using "burger" button
hide filter panel
go back to the module with filter panel
it has filter panel hidden (?!)
show filter panel
