Add support for html type of card content

As a module developer,
I would like to be able to add html type of content into the card.

This is a very general functionality that would support gt tables as well as rtables. For the latter, we might consider remove custom support (thus make this package independent) and expect rtables2html() being executed outside of teal.reporter - this would require upstream dependency changes.
