Feature description

As a developer
In order to have a complete picture of what's used when debugging
I would need to have R options, env vars etc. It looks like this (and much more that that) is already covered in r-hub/actions/platform-info. Let's just use it in our main workflows. I'm thinking about the check one but I'm open to add this to more.
