Feature description

Could we add the Altman & Newcombe (2022) methods into cardrx? Equation is very simple for 1 sample - see https://psiaims.github.io/CAMIS/SAS/ci_for_prop.html#altman-newcombe-reccomended-method-for-1-sample7. There are different equations for a CI for a one sample proportion, as opposed to when you have two samples (matched or unmatched). My work is ongoing to add this into CAMIS, Unmatched 2 sample CIs for different in proportion is here (Also a simple equation): https://psiaims.github.io/CAMIS/SAS/ci_for_prop.html#methods-for-calculating-confidence-intervals-for-2-independent-samples-proportion. The Matched pairs one isn't on CAMIS yet... if you could add it into cardrx, then i'd just reference it there, equation more complex in the "Stats with confidence" Alterman et al 2022 book, I can send you equation if needed.

Closing this issue because it turns out that the Newcombe Altman method is actually the Score method! I'm updating CAMIS repo to make this clear in future. So turns out cardx covers everything I think we need. Awesome package :)
