The curernt implementation uses a simple toolbar menu with a plus offering 'Psion Software Index' and 'Add Folder'. It might be helpful to instead present a sheet which explains these options in more detail.

I was thinking the software index could have an explanation like, ‘Discover contemporary freeware and shareware demos from the Internet Archive’.
