Summary

Create a basic implementation of the hermes core engine

Description

Implement a basic primitives of the Hermes core as:

  • Integrate WASM runtime, and wasm modules execution
  • Hermes event queue
  • Hermes application simple loading

It is a fundamental basis for the ongoing work and implementation of the other parts of the Hermes engine.
