Summary

Crate Chain follower/interface to Cosmos chains

Description

There is a relayer library we could use to potentially interface to Cosmos blockchains.
here: https://crates.io/crates/ibc-relayer

This would be a pre-requisite to bring Project Catalyst to a Cosmos blockchain network.
