Notes on sort-of disabling spellchecker

In the VCE, we can't disable extensions (eg spellchecker) but there may be workarounds.

For example, in the case of the spell-checker, in the settings (from the Settings menu, select Settings Editor) there is a delay period (by default, 200 (ms), for debouncing) before the spellchecker is applied. So if we make this delay a big number, it should effectively be disabled.
