users asking for space have to know who are he admins of oneproviders and send them mail with the token

also users don't know apriori which spaces are available
is there another way to implement this, like request to register in a given space will send a mail/notification to the admin of the oneprovider, and then he could approve by redirecting him to the oneprovider admin interface to select how much space to give the user
