Can't Hide "This is a preview of older revision" #886

To duplicate:

Edit the page
Click "Preview"
Click "Edit"
Get the message "This is a preview of older revision, created at 2018-07-07 04:22"

That message makes no sense.

Click either "Publish this revision" OR "Duplicate and edit this revision"
Nothing happens, and the message doesn't go away.
