Da nun eine Impfstoff auswahl bei erstellen eines Rufes möglich ist, muss der Algorithmus entsprechende angepasst werden.

SMS Registrierungen bekommen nur Biontech und Moderna Rufe

Backend Import bekommen nur Astra Zeneca
