Swift 5.0 Support and latest firebase SDK support

I would like to upgrade my project to swift 5.0 and update it to the latest firebase SDK (6.9.0 - September 23, 2019). I was wondering when you plan on updating thanks.

I updated all of the Pod dependencies and created a pull request so hopefully it can be merged.
In the meantime, I am able to get the code to work with the most recent version of Firebase using my forked version as a temporary solution:
