EDA and dimensionality reduction of obtained dataset

Hi, could someone who has used flirt help me with the next steps of EDA/dimensionality reduction in order to input the data into prediction models?

After using flirt, many features of my dataset are highly correlated and I think this is why I get impossible accuracies of 0.999 in ML models....
