Per the "secondary request" for issue #3, add the flight node markers to the world map. To allow EFM to show on the three primary map layers for the in-game map.

This should defiantly be toggle-able, some people want/need a clean map

Address issue #4 .
Remove a stack of extraneous code, should allow for more on-the-fly display changes.

Code updated, still need to add a config option, at present it auto enable, and can be hidden via the "Hide EFM" button on the map window, will flag as resolved once config option is enabled and functional.

The hide button works great, would be nice to be able to show it again too :)
