This is related to ilios/ilios#4592 in the sense that the guide looks better than the app right now. I will replace these images when the interface is cleaned up and will hopefully remember to reference this issue when the PR gets submitted with the new images.

This refers to the user guide file search.md, which will eventually be renamed global_search.md - will ticket separately actually.
