General treatment of time series data

Annex C may need to include a statement (sub-clause?) saying, at a high level, how ECDIS should treat time series data for display purposes. Clause 16-6 (Temporal variation) touches on this but doesn't address relevant aspects of display. S-100 Part 9 doesn't say much about time-dependent data either.

For example, Annex C could state that display from a time series dataset should be refreshed at intervals equal to the timeRecordInterval in order to keep the display up to date in the time series.

Time dependency on S-104 would affect some kinds of WLA. For example, if the display is set to show data at the current time, depths should be adjusted at intervals (= timeRecordInterval again?) so the displayed adjusted depths use the current time slice from the S-104 time series grid.
