Helix development: No window for uploading docs (only the "grab URL" field)

Hi,

I noticed that on the development version of the database, there is no field for uploading documents within the "create documents" page (e.g. at "documents/new"). The "grab URL" is still there, but of course, this only works for URLs and not for pdf:s, excel:s, or mails. Perhaps someone has already pointed this out, but better safe than sorry!
