Run, Run + Debug commands shouldn't be hidden in contextual menu

I had to dig through the wiki "docs" to figure this out. There should be a button along the top of the open file that runs the currently open script. Additionally, control-r should be mapped to run

thanks for bringing out this problem. The contextual menu is unfortunately not immediate, and our idea is the same as your: insert a button to run the application. In addition, map control-r is a good idea!
