Reason

A number of models use a surface formulation which follow the Pick & Sonnenburg approach, essentially an additional PDE is used to track the surface coverage and additional reactions for the transport of hydrogen atoms between the surface layer and bulk.

Design

Add capability to model this approach

Impact
