Accrue Variable Default Value #284

The default value for an accrue variable is a Boolean set to true.
You can't edit this from the UI.

Show the value and allow user to set it in the UI.
Default to 0.
Also getting error of value is invalid for selected type, after closing and opening variable. (See pic)
