At one time, the idea was that URLs to papers would be permanent so that
references to those papers would continue to work. In hindsight, we
probably should have started using DOIs.
These days, people just search for the papers, so I supposed
decommissioning the old iCyPhy site once all the papers have been moved
is reasonable.

I shouldn't be too hard to keep the original links alive and let them point to entries on the new website though. I think it might be worth doing this... |
For me, the master list of papers has always been the Ptolemy website. I like the way that one is organized. The iCyPhy website included many things in "publications" that were not actually publications and it was never really well organized. |

It would be helpful to have functionality to list papers by year, or to search papers. Not all papers should be listed as "featured." I also thought we scraped more papers from the old iCyPhy website, didn't we? Once all the content is transferred, shouldn't we retire the old website?
