What do I have to do, when I want to use the Bitstream and other stuff with my Basys3 Board?

I did already add the Board-files to the correct directory, but I don't know how to fix these issues. Please help me

Have You tried using another cable to connect the FPGA? Does it show up in lsusb?

Hi. I have an update. I got my hands on a basys3 (beforehand I was trying to connect a Cora Z9) and the board connected successfully.
Are you for sure that your board/cable is not faulty?

Also. I've seen this udev error on Vivado running inside a WSL, but I'm not really sure how can this be fixed inside this docker. There seems to be an issues with auto-mounting the filesystems and so the virtual usb does not get connected.

it works with some Basys3-Boards now xD

I edited this file:
"/Users//Downloads/vivado-on-silicon-mac-main/scripts/xvcd/src/io_ftdi.c"
I used Xcode to do the changes. It's natively installed on your Mac.

Here you can see an image of the file where you just have to out comment the shown section as I did (circa line 126-142).
This section speeds up the JTAG programming but somehow also cuts the connection to the Basys3-board.
After I commented it out, the "Program Device"-button in Vivado did work without any errors. 😁

why did you choose 0x80? Why not 0x70...?

In issue #52 somebody has solved a similar issues by changing the address to 0X80 from 0X90.

It didn't solve my problem. But I tried a different Basys3-board. And it worked. I know it's easy to change the cable but difficult to change the board (it's expensive :D).
So I am still hoping for the developer to fix this issue..

Interesting. Since the boards are the same, it seems weird that one works while the other does not. Could you maybe check is both boards have the same FTDI chip?
