Potential change to historic plot function

In historic plot we want comparable model outputs to be compared. If the the metric being used in an assessment following a benchmark is different from the metric used before, the previous lines should not show up on the plots.

e.g. historic plots should not include previous assessments if:

1. The age at recruitment is different
2. The F age range has changed
3. The F type is different (e.g. HR vs F); example: https://standardgraphs.ices.dk/manage/ViewGraphsAndTables.aspx?key=19302
4. The SSB type is different (e.g. Bindex vs SSB)
