- Show user information - email, role, institute and surveys for Data Submitter
- Modify user subscriptions:
- Survey select (single choice), Quarter, Species and Country (all multiple choice)
- Modify database structure
- Quarters -nvarchar- column will include comma separated values)
  - Example Quarters : "1,2,3"

Same for Countries and [Species]
