Make a custom TitleBar on windows platform

hi, i'm new to rust GUI, i selected iced becaus of it's eazy on basics, but when i started to trying to make my own custom TitleBar that matches my Application Theme i stuck at every thing do to lack if docs and examples for this program styles, non of the examples have handlled custom TitleBar,

i have some issues like when i'm maximize/restore the program it goes -8 of screen and orders not showing so i desided to do another container with padding to get that -8 back but the problem was i cant trigger when it's maximized/restored using toolbar and the extera container will remain on screen

second problem was i did not found anyway in google and docs to trigger the mouse click and drag delta to move the windows around the screen

is the custom TitleBar still not handdled in 2023 ?
