Gwilym made suggestion to have a board that you could record ideas on as you go, in case you think of things before we're doing the ideas activity.

I think this will help for few reasons.

People will want to talk about ideas, and giving them a place to promise we will talk about it later we can keep them focused on the task.
-People forget good ideas, and someone could have the best sotion in the morning, and forget about by lunchtime.
-If they are trying to hang on to the idea in their mind they will find it hard to open thier mind to new ideas, which is a lot of what design thinking is about.
