Migrated app will not build with pipeline #183

When running through the migrate an app with TA (Intermediate journey). The build step in the pipeline fails with following error:

RUN configure.sh
subprocess exited with status 21
subprocess exited with status 21
error building at STEP "RUN configure.sh": exit status 21

When running a local docker build or Buildah build on my laptop the container Images successfully builds, but fails within the pipeline.

This issue relates to the page : /src/pages/developer-intermediate/appmod-exercise1-part3/index.mdx
