I didn't add the column-definition at all, but still facing the following issue "Text for the tooltip has not been provided. Please include text within the mdTooltip element."

It has something to do with angular version, don't face the problem in >1.6.0 but then there are other issues that creep in when upgrading.
I guess best way would be to update the lib source for now.

I have version 1.5.8 can we resolve it in some other way, please ?
