The station of Zwankendamme has been closed according to Wikipedia. The NMBS site doesn't list it anymore. This should either be removed from the stations.csv file, or it should be marked as closed.

Door de aanleg van een nieuwe rangeerbundel van 24 sporen tussen het rangeerstation Zeebrugge-Vorming en het station Lissewege, werd het station Zwankendamme, om technische en financiële redenen, gesloten. Reizigers van Zwankendamme dienen nu de trein te nemen in het 1,2 kilometer verderop gelegen station Lissewege.

This station has an avgStopCount of 0, which could be used to detect that it isn't used anymore. This would shift responsibility to the client.
