We need a SSOT, easy-to-find guide to the process of contributing to github, even if it references pages on the RTD. See the equivalent page on SBOL-utilities for inspiration: https://github.com/SynBioDex/SBOL-utilities/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md
