Add information about which parts have been synthesised

@vinoo-igem mentioned in the distribution meeting today that we need a way to show what is in the distribution kit, and represent this being sent to teams/anyone else. There are at least three places where information about the kit needs to be displayed:

1. The GitHub repo (here)
2. The FreeGenes website
3. The iGEM registry

It seems to me that it would be good to have the information here as the single-source-of-truth, and then establish automation pipelines to update FreeGenes and the iGEM registry, this way if/when things change they only need to be changed in one place.
