Is there any way to add a color key in the correlation matrix and K-means clustering figures?

We are currently doing a refactoring of iDEP to be a shiny package. Meaning hopefully users we be able to run locally and developing is easier.

I can add this to new GitHub repo and look into it. Do you mind if I send you examples of pictures later this weekend to get your input

Thank you for your response. I run locally in R-studio.

Please send me pictures, and I would be happy to give feedback. I wish iDEP had a few other features, for example,
Time series analysis using fuzzy-c means clustering.
Clustering with average replicates
Line graphs of the heatmap clusters with centroid
Option to choose LenghtScaled TPM along with the CPM-based analysis.

iDEP is an excellent tool to save time and complexity for us we-lab researchers.

Appreciate it.
