Add small JSON Status link

MAFL already shows somehow the current status of the Link with the bubble.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have a status like monitoring minimal like https://github.com/harsxv/tinystatus - which would integrate a history.json and three types of checks, ping, http, and port.

It's quite interesting. I'm looking to release v1 version now. I wrote more details here #150
